We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our Individual Support team, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalized support plans to help individuals reach their goals.
  • Assist with daily tasks and activities to promote independence and confidence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives.

Requirements:

  • Passion for supporting people with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Current Victorian Driver's License.
  • Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain).
  • Certificate IV in Disability or Community Services (desirable).
  • COVID-19 vaccination.
