Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data engineering and analytics function.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for mentorship, team coordination, and championing best practices in data architecture, tooling, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and build data solutions on Databricks to power core reporting, analytics, MLOps, and generative AI initiatives.
  • Design, build, and operate scalable and reliable data integration pipelines with a cloud-native approach.
  • Oversee and coordinate the data engineering and analytics team's efforts to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-impact analytics solutions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive hands-on experience as a Data Engineer building and scaling solutions on a major cloud platform, with deep expertise in Databricks.
  • Proven mastery of the full analytics development lifecycle, applying modern software engineering principles (Git, CI/CD, automated testing) to build production-grade solutions with tools like dbt, Airbyte, and Dagster.
