Transforming Talent Acquisition at Bendigo Bank

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven talent acquisition professional to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition function, you will be responsible for sourcing top-quality risk talent from the banking and financial services market.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of proactive strategies and innovative recruitment practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective talent acquisition plans, focusing on delivering premium customer service and exceeding business objectives.

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract opportunity based in one of our office locations in Melbourne, Brisbane, Bendigo, or Adelaide. You will have the flexibility to choose your location and work arrangement, with a minimum requirement of 40% of your time per week in the office, increasing to 60% as of July 2025.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional talent acquisition solutions and has a strong desire to make a positive impact on customers and communities.   • A relevant degree level or qualification in HR or Business discipline is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in Banking and Finance talent acquisition.
  • Expertise in sourcing via all channels including proactive strategies.
