About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to join our team at Mantra Twin Towns Hotel & Apartments.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the caretaking responsibilities of the residential scheme, including the upkeep of the building and maintenance of high-quality living spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake the role and execute the responsibilities of building manager with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Build strong trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders, including residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Supervise the Public Area team to maintain a high level of work quality and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Report to the Residential Body Corporate Committee on all caretaking matters and attend committee meetings as required.
  • Arrange works per the Committee's request and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in building maintenance, strata management, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A calm and focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality results and a commitment to excellence.
  • Experience working with body corporates and strata schemes is highly desirable.
