About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in ensuring department readiness for opening by developing Standard Operating Procedures, training programs, order lists, beverage menus, and engineering solutions.
  • The successful candidate will lead and coordinate a team of professionals to deliver premium service to guests, preparing food and beverages while adhering to established health and presentation standards.
  • Maintenance of accurate money handling procedures, including banking, is also essential.
