At GYG, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Shift Leader to join our team.

Job Description

The Shift Leader plays a pivotal role in shaping unforgettable dining experiences. This role involves leading, coaching and motivating the team to enhance the guest experience while upholding the highest food safety and quality standards.

This leader will set the tone for operational excellence and foster a positive work environment for the crew. They will be responsible for ensuring every guest receives the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Uphold food safety and quality standards
  • Maintain a positive, productive work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A track record of providing outstanding customer service
  • Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
  • Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
