Job Title: Clinical Facilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled clinician to facilitate department-based training and clinical competency assessments within Theatre, providing opportunities for professional development of staff new to the perioperative environment.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced clinicians to develop and deliver high-quality education programs, ensuring novice nurses receive the support they need to succeed.

Requirements:
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum 3 years' postgraduate experience in PACU, Anaesthetics, and/or Scrub Scout nursing
  • Clinical Nurse experience is preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
