**About the Role**:
As the Clinical Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team by supporting and educating staff right at the bedside.
- Your key responsibilities will involve facilitating department based training and clinical competency assessments across our Coronary Care Unit
- You'll promote and be involved in the professional development of our staff
- You will also become an integral member of our dynamic and friendly Clinical Education Team.

**Your Skills and Experience**

You will bring exceptional time management skills, be highly organised and flexible with working shifts to accommodate educational needs. You love to share your knowledge and encourage others to learn with your proactive and professional approach to professional development.

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- Relevant nursing registration with AHPRA
- A minimum 3 years' experience in a Coronary Care setting (Clinical Nurse experience desirable)
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Coronary Care Nursing and/or Clinical Education (or working towards)
- Previous experience in an education role is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership capability with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and autonomously where required
- An organised, efficient and professional approach with highly developed clinical problem-solving skills and advanced nursing assessment skills.
