Job Title: Clinical Facilitation Specialist

The Clinical Facilitation Specialist role provides clinical education services, support and advocacy for graduate nurses, University Students in Nursing and staff across a range of clinical units. This position works collaboratively within the healthcare team structure to ensure novice nurses are supported to provide quality nursing care.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of clinical practice and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical education and support to graduate nurses and University Students in Nursing
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical education programs
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to clinical education
  • Support management activities, including portfolio responsibilities
