Oral Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oral Health Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in patient care, clinical support, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Care: Assist with patient management, including greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and ensuring their comfort.
- Clinical Support: Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
- Inventory Management: Monitor dental supplies levels, ensuring the treatment room is well-stocked and organized.
- Patient Education: Provide patients with post-operative care instructions and educate them about oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and other staff to ensure a smooth workflow and positive patient experience.
- Prior experience as an Oral Health Support Specialist is essential.
- A Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
