Oral Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate oral health support specialist to join our team in Queensland, Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves helping people feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. As an oral health support specialist, you will be right there chairside with our dentists, supporting world-class treatments and creating a calm, reassuring environment for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional chairside assistance – supporting dentists with precision and care
  • Prepare treatment areas, instruments & equipment – ensuring everything is spotless and ready
  • Offer patient support – from welcoming them in, to explaining steps and easing nerves
  • Contribute to maintaining a smooth operation of treatment areas – organised, efficient, and calm
  • Ensure sterilisation and infection control – keeping patients and staff safe
Essential Qualifications:
  • Dental experience is ideal – but if you're from healthcare, aesthetics, wellness or luxury services, you'll fit right in
  • Maintain attention to detail – you know it's the little things that count
  • Show ability to stay calm and organised when it's busy
  • Demonstrate a caring, positive attitude that lifts patients and teammates alike
