About the Role

This position is responsible for providing approvals to approved service repairers for passenger, commercial vehicles, and equipment nationally. The role involves managing maintenance costs incurred after vehicle delivery to customers, ensuring accurate information, and resolving day-to-day queries and operational issues within agreed timeframes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Approve suppliers' requests for maintenance and repair work on managed vehicles and equipment.
  • Ensure services carried out are within manufacturers' service requirements.
  • Ensure defective vehicle and equipment repairs are carried out in accordance with current CoR and Health and Safety processes.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to improve their EVO portal usage.
  • Assist customers with general maintenance inquiries.

Requirements

  • Qualified Diesel Mechanic.
  • Effective communicator with good listening and probing skills.
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance, and accountability.
  • Must be a licensed heavy vehicle mechanic.
