Job Overview

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Worker to provide exceptional support to our residents.

This role involves delivering high-quality personal care, social support, and daily assistance in the comfort of residents' homes or within the community.

You will work independently to complete tasks such as personal hygiene, house cleaning, and laundry while interacting with residents and supporting their recreational and social activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized care and support to residents
  • Work independently to complete in-home care tasks
  • Interact with residents in their homes or in the community
  • Support residents with recreational and social activities
  • Foster a safe and respectful environment for all residents

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate and two COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Current Police Check clearance
