The Opportunity
As a Personal Care Attendant, you will provide high-quality personal care, social support and daily assistance to residents within their Aveo home. Our Personal Care Attendants have a strong focus on wellbeing, promoting independence, building social connection and assisting with day-to-day tasks. We are actively building up a pool of casual Personal Care Attendants. Apply today and let us know your availability. We offer morning shifts, afternoon shifts and night-time shifts.

- $41.59/hr including 25% casual loading + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation

You will
- Work independently within resident villas or units to complete in-home care including personal hygiene, house cleaning, laundry and more
- Interact with residents within their homes or spend time out in the community completing daily activities (e.g driving them to appointments)
- Provide care, tailored to the resident's care needs in line with their current care plans
- Supporting residents with recreational and social activities
- Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures and report any safety, security and resident incidents
- Complete simple administration tasks, ensuring resident notes are up to date
What you will bring
- Experience within a Support Worker or Personal Care position, with a passion for community care, independent living and wellbeing
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Health Services Assistance (required)
- Valid driver's license + vehicle (required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate and two COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)
- Current Police Check clearance (required, however we can complete for you)
