Operations Manager

This is a senior management role for a high-performing sales team. The Operations Manager will oversee all administrative and marketing functions, manage listing and sales processes end-to-end, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the listing-to-settlement process for all properties, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including booking photography, signboards, copywriting, and online uploads.
  • Prepare, proof, and manage agency agreements, contracts, and key documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a calm, professional, and solutions-focused service.
  • Liaise with solicitors, trades, and service providers to ensure smooth and timely progress of campaigns.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accuracy, ensuring timely follow-ups and reminders.
  • Support team members with diary management, meeting prep, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate administration or a similar client services role.
  • Strong understanding of listing and sales processes in NSW residential property.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling contracts and compliance documents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and confident, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate systems such as AgentBox, REA, and RP Data.
