About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Broker to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end processing of mortgage and finance applications, understanding clients' goals, needs, and loan borrowing capacity, and building relationships with customers and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end processing of mortgage and finance applications
  • Understand clients' goals, needs, and loan borrowing capacity
  • Build relationships with customers and referral partners
  • Facilitate customer communication and correspondence
  • Find appropriate loan solutions for customers, working with the support team to analyze supplied documentation, match to banks' products, and customer needs
  • Undertake continuing professional development

About You

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with experience in Mortgage Broking, as a Credit Analyst, or in Banking/Lending. You will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a fun and outgoing personality. You will also be willing to complete a Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking if required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Mortgage Broking, as a Credit Analyst, or in Banking/Lending
  • Willing to complete Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking (if required)
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Fun and outgoing personality with a willingness to get involved
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as work collaboratively with the team
  • Enjoys a challenge and solving problems with the ability to convert leads to loans
  • Motivated and driven to build strong and ongoing relationships with clients and customers
