About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Broker to join our experienced team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage broking, credit analysis, or banking/lending and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end mortgage and finance applications
  • Understand clients' goals, needs, and loan borrowing capacity
  • Build relationships with customers and referral partners
  • Facilitate customer communication and correspondence
  • Find appropriate loan solutions for customers, working with the support team to analyse supplied documentation, match to banks' products, and customer needs
  • Undertake continuing professional development

About You

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in mortgage broking, credit analysis, or banking/lending. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in mortgage broking, credit analysis, or banking/lending
  • Willingness to complete a Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking (if required)
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Fun and outgoing personality with a willingness to get involved
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Motivated and driven to build strong and ongoing relationships with clients and customers
