About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end processing of mortgage and finance applications, understanding clients' goals, needs, and loan borrowing capacity, and building relationships with customers and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end processing of mortgage and finance applications
  • Understand clients' goals, needs, and loan borrowing capacity
  • Build relationships with customers and referral partners
  • Facilitate customer communication and correspondence
  • Find appropriate loan solutions for customers, working with the support team to analyse supplied documentation, match to banks' products, and customer needs
  • Undertake continuing professional development

About You

We are looking for a driven individual with experience in Mortgage Broking, as a Credit Analyst, or in Banking/Lending. You will have strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach, a fun and outgoing personality, and a willingness to get involved. You will also be able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with the team, enjoy a challenge, and solve problems with the ability to convert leads to loans.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Mortgage Broking, as a Credit Analyst, or in Banking/Lending
  • Willing to complete Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking (if required)
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Fun and outgoing personality with a willingness to get involved
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with the team
  • Enjoys a challenge and solving problems with the ability to convert leads to loans
