Role: Trainee Educator

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build a career that has a positive impact on Australian children. As a Trainee Educator, you will be working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care while gaining hands-on experience in our centres.

You will be part of a supportive team that continuously invests in your professional development and supports you to enjoy life outside of work.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members;
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and organisational policies, procedures and requirements;
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families;
  • Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team;
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement;
  • Contribute to a professional and positive work culture;

To be eligible for a Traineeship, you must have:

  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care;
  • Australian work rights;
  • Effective communication skills;
  • Good time management and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team;
  • Enthusiasm and a positive attitude;
  • Flexibility;
  • Interest in early years education;
  • Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain one);
  • Ability to meet immunisation requirements;
