About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee Educator to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning centres. As a Trainee Educator, you will have the opportunity to study towards a Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care while being trained on the job.

During this two-year Traineeship contract, you will work Monday to Friday and study part-time. You will learn how to provide an educational play-based program and support the development of our 0-5 year age group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality educational programs and activities for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Support the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to read upside down and adapt to changing situations.
  • Able to perform loud songs and dance while being laughed at by children under 6.
