We're seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our early careers team.
About the Role:- Manage recruitment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring seamless candidate experiences for managers and external candidates alike.
- Volume screen candidates using effective assessment strategies.
- Run assessment centers and traineeship programs, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with managers to ensure smooth candidate management processes.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in recruitment advisory roles, who can effectively manage volume applications while delivering exceptional results for both managers and candidates. Experience with Pageup and presenting to young starters is highly valued.
What You'll Bring to the Table:- Proven track record working in a recruitment advisory role supporting early careers initiatives.
