Senior Patient Services Officer

Job Description:

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to motivate and engage a team, ensuring they consistently deliver patient-centric services.

The Senior Patient Services Officer will be responsible for providing direction, supervision, support and recognition of staff activities, promoting collaboration, cooperation and teamwork through effective leadership and management strategies.
