Role Overview

We provide health assessments on behalf of the Australian Government to customers applying for visas. Our welcoming and high-performing workplace puts our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

As a customer-focused doctor, you will conduct visa medical assessments in line with established guidelines, providing objective assessment outcomes through an online platform.

  • Assess customer medical information and conduct thorough health checks
  • Document assessment outcomes and communicate results to relevant stakeholders

You will be working alongside Health Assessors and reception staff, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Medicine from a recognized institution
  • Full General Registration with AHPRA
  • At least three years postgraduate experience in a related field
  • A strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
