About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our team in the Whitsundays. As an Occupational Therapist/Director, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assessment and therapy services to clients, working closely with clients, their families, and other service providers to improve the overall function and participation of individuals of all abilities within our community.
Key Responsibilities- Providing assessment and therapy services to clients in the clinic, home, and community.
- Working closely with clients, their families, and other service providers to improve the overall function and participation of individuals of all abilities.
- Leading and supporting the development of our team to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum of 2 years-experience in Occupational Therapy, with experience working within the NDIS and Home Care.
- Current Police Check and drivers license.
- Demonstrated high level of communication and team skills.
- Great remuneration package, including base salary, super, and additional salary package.
- Professional Developmental Scheme - $1500/6month for full-time clinicians.
- Health and Wellbeing scheme - $500/6months for full-time clinicians.
- Bonus scheme - received when expected weekly billable hours are exceeded.
We are a private occupational therapy practice servicing various communities in the Whitsundays, Queensland. Our team is dedicated to supporting children and their families, and we offer occupational therapy services through the life span via NDIS, Home Care, Medicare, and private participants. We pride ourselves on evolving as a service and seeking connections and collaboration with the families we work with, other health professionals, providers, and the greater community.
