Occupational Therapist/Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist/Director to join our team in the beautiful Whitsundays, Queensland.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a great remuneration package, including a base salary of $78,000-$95,000 + Super + additional salary package. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA Registration.

• Providing high-quality assessment and therapy services to clients (including NDIS, Home Care, Medicare and private) in the clinic, home and community.
• Working closely with clients, their families, other service providers and other community organisations to improve the overall function and participation of individuals of all abilities within our community.
• Working closely with the team to support continued development and service improvements.

• Bachelor degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA Registration.
• Minimum of 2 years-experience is desirable, with experience working within the NDIS and Home Care. However new graduate applications are welcome.
• Must have current Police Check.
• Must have current drivers license.
• Demonstrated a high level of communication skills and team skills.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing evidence-based practice.
