Occupational Therapist/Director

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the beautiful Whitsundays region of Queensland.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assessment and therapy services to clients, working closely with families, other service providers, and community organizations to improve function and participation within the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing assessment and therapy services to clients in the clinic, home, and community settings
- Collaborating with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or higher, with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in occupational therapy, preferably in NDIS and Home Care settings
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current police check and driver's license required
- A competitive salary package ranging from $78,000-$95,000 per annum, plus superannuation and additional benefits
