Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in Cracow, Poland. As a key member of our Front Office Supervision team, you will work closely with our IT department to design and develop modern systems for trading, sales, and customer tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct current state analysis and to-be impact analysis to identify business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into concise and clear agile technical user stories.
  • Collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework.
  • Hands-on experience with Business-Driven Development (BDD) and testing.
  • Good understanding of workflows and data warehousing.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the financial industry, with additional experience in technical roles as an advantage.
  • Understanding of investment banking products, PnL, Market, and Credit Risk.
  • Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle, with experience in working in an agile project and using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of complex IT systems landscape: experience in defining interfaces and massaging protocols would be an advantage.
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills.
  • Experience of managing projects that span change across multiple systems and teams.
  • Experience within Conduct or Regulatory would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with all levels within the organization.
  • Multitasking and Time Management Skills.
