Product Analyst Job Overview

As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap through in-depth analysis and market understanding.

  • This involves thorough business and product analysis throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to post-launch.
  • You will elicit, document, and manage product requirements, including the creation of user stories and process maps.
  • Customer and product data will be utilised to understand how customers interact with our Decisioning products.
  • Insightful analysis will support deal engagements and contribute to business case development.
  • Segment reporting, planning, and forecasting activities for new product introductions will also be assisted.
  • Pricing management strategies and market and customer implementation activities will be tracked.
  • UAT support and collaboration with delivery teams on go-to-market activities will be provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of enterprise experience in business and/or product analysis roles is required.
  • The ability to interpret and analyse customer and product data is proven necessary.
  • Documenting requirements and creating user stories is an essential experience.
  • Supporting business case development exposure is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with market analysis and competitive landscape assessments is necessary.
  • Collaborative experience with cross-functional teams is required.
  • Strong communication skills with adaptability are crucial.
