About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team as an HR Data Analyst.

You will manage all aspects of reporting, data insights, and recruitment ATS functionality. This includes partnering with the TA Manager and TA Specialists to identify regular and ad-hoc reporting needs and translating them into actionable reports and dashboards.

You will also lead TA system and process improvements, including vendor management, manage audits and compliance reporting requirements, collaborate with other functions, including HR operations and payroll, and troubleshoot and resolve systems issues and provide technical expertise to TA team members.

  • Strong proficiency in HR reporting, Excel, and data visualization platforms are required.
  • An understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle and the metrics associated with high performance are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and integrate multiple HR systems and tools effectively is necessary.
  • Strong project management and deadline delivery skills are required.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy are expected.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear, actionable way, are desired.
