Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to provide one-on-one support to participants in their homes and community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting participants in developing life skills and achieving their goals.

Promoting community participation and social engagement is also an essential part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Victorian Employee Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, empathy and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others
