We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Industrial Refrigeration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and unplanned service & maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems
  • Complete paperwork accurately and promptly related to work performed
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Participate in all training and service meetings as required

Requirements:

  • Qualification or experience as a Refrigeration Mechanic or equivalent trade qualification
  • Current valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment
  • Current Restricted Electrical license and knowledge of electrical safety procedures

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in industrial refrigeration and ammonia handling (an asset)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Capability to work without direct supervision and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment
