Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Recruitflex. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging training and educational programs to support existing staff and new Grad Nurses at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement educational initiatives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to new Grad Nurses to support their transition into the workforce
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to clinical education and training

Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration, Div 1 Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical education with high-level clinical knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and quality improvement initiatives
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Excellent clinical documentation skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, residents, and their families
