Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Plan and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support their growth and development.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other Educators and centre staff to achieve program goals and improve overall service quality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check for Western Australia.
