We are seeking a skilled and dedicated educator to join our team at Nido Early School. Our new service in Lakelands East offers a collaborative and supportive environment where you can flourish.

The successful candidate will work with children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 2 large outdoor play areas. We have a comprehensive approach to education, with a focus on delivering excellent educational practices through engaging, play-based learning programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Working collaboratively with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Providing dedicated support to each child's development and progress

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Diploma or Cert 3 in Early Childhood or equivalent. You must also be available to work full-time (Monday-Friday), with consideration for 4 days per week for the right candidate.

Additional requirements include:

  • A Valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
  • A Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
