Lead Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education and experience as an Educational Leader in a childcare setting. You will be committed to ongoing professional development and possess excellent communication and coaching skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of children;
- Collaborating with other members of the educational leadership team to develop and implement educational policies and procedures;
- Providing coaching and mentoring support to educators to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Conducting observations and providing feedback to educators on their teaching practices;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to children's progress and development.
