About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Jeweller to fill this challenging role in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality jewellery repairs and maintenance services.
  • Meeting production targets and deadlines.
  • Communicating effectively with customers regarding order status, product quality and service issues.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of jewellery production or servicing experience.
  • Proficiency in repairing all metals and gemstone types.
  • Experience in stone setting.
  • Prior experience with watch repair is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Competency in using advanced equipment (Laser Welder, Laser Engraver, sandblaster, plating techniques).
