Job Title:

Senior Clinician & Community Support Provider

In this role, you will be utilizing your exceptional clinical skills to make a positive impact in the lives of clients and foster the development of others within the broader team while delivering much-needed speech pathology services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality speech pathology services to help individuals achieve their goals
  • Utilizing clinical observations and standardized assessments to formulate tailored treatment plans
  • Participating in peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members to ensure continuous professional development
  • Collaborating effectively with our wider multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Providing regular updates to clients and their families on progress and goals

Requirements:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist to ensure professional competence
  • A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team environment to drive collective success
  • A desire to make a meaningful difference within the community through compassionate care
  • Experience delivering services under similar programs to demonstrate expertise
