Cyber Security Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Operations Lead to spearhead our Cyber Security Practice.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team and drive our cyber security operations forward.

About the Role:

As the Cyber Security Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of SOC Analysts in delivering high-quality cyber security services to our customers.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the effective operation of our Cyber Security Operations Centre (SOC) and driving the delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance our customers' security posture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Lead the frontline of our Cyber Security Operations Centre (SOC).
  • Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives.
  • Drive the delivery of strategic initiatives that enhance our customers' security posture.
  • Prepare and present security-related reports and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years experience within a Security Operations Centre (SOC).
  • 1-2 years leadership experience.
  • Strong technical hands-on experience across a range of Security technologies.
  • Mandatory experience with Incident response and security log analysis using SIEM tools without assistance.
  • Ability to manage and lead a medium-sized technical team.
