SharePoint and Power Platform Solutions Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint and Power Platform Solutions Consultant to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our National IT team, you will be responsible for building and implementing business solutions that drive growth and efficiency for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and Analyze Business Requirements: Work closely with our business analysts to understand client needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Design and Implement Solutions: Utilize your expertise in SharePoint and Power Platform to design and implement dynamic solutions that leverage the latest features and functionality.
- Develop and Deploy Applications: Develop and deploy applications on the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, MS Teams, and Power Platform.
- Migration and Governance: Plan and execute SharePoint migration plans, configure and customize Power Platform environments, and implement M365 governance.
- Training and Support: Produce high-quality project documentation, training material, and deliver training to various audiences.
- Communication and Collaboration: Establish effective working relationships with clients and team members, and communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in IT or Business.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a software or data engineering role, with a strong background in SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Certifications: Microsoft certified Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Skills: Strong SQL skills, experience with Web APIs (Rest, Soap), and Azure Cloud (Data Factory).
