Job Title: Ecommerce Merchandise Manager

The role of an Ecommerce Merchandise Manager is to spearhead the strategy and execution of product merchandising across the website. This includes partnering with suppliers and internal teams to drive remarkable website standards.

 

  • Oversee the key point of contact for product and category enrichment via PIM, supporting a team of Ecommerce Merchandise Coordinators.
  • Deliver products to the website, ensuring all items are enriched, accurately located, and optimised for sales performance.
  • Utilize customer shopping behaviors to inform data-driven decisions on improving website merchandising and product discovery.
  • Maintain and ensure all products are optimised and enriched with relevant information to enhance discoverability via Site Search, Brand, Category, & Site navigation.
  • Manage and ensure completion of enriched & optimised product attributes including title, description, and other relevant features & benefits.
