We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as mentors and coaches.

As a mentor and coach, you will have the opportunity to watch a child develop and flourish under your guidance. You will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages children to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering coaching sessions that cater to the needs of each child
  • Providing individualized attention and support to children
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and providing regular feedback

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basketball experience an asset, but not necessary
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and parents
