Children's Sports Coach Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic sports coach to join our team in delivering sports programs for school-aged children.

Our organization provides in-school sports initiatives that cater to kids across South-Western and Western Sydney. These programs run between 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, requiring daytime availability.

The ideal candidate is a general sports enthusiast who enjoys working with kids (primary and high school aged) and wants to develop their coaching skills. Our in-school programs focus on teaching the fundamentals of various sports in a fun and engaging manner.

The available sports include:

  • Basketball
  • Netball
  • Soccer
  • Touch Footy/Oztag
  • Cricket
  • Volleyball
  • Softball/Tee-Ball/Baseball

To be considered for this role, you'll have the following key skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively
  • Enthusiasm and initiative to deliver high-quality programs
  • Experience working with children
  • Touch knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Working with Children Check - Employee (mandatory)
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable)
