As a Workplace Experience professional, we seek someone with exceptional leadership skills to oversee our APAC region operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workplace programs and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

With a focus on customer service and best-in-class SLA success, the successful candidate will lead by example and drive results through effective team leadership and mentorship.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, driving initiatives and developing processes that support workplace excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee workplace operations and programs in the APAC region
  • Lead a regional Workplace Operations team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and SLA success
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Workplace Experience or facilities management
  • At least 2 years experience leading a team
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
