Project Director

This is a high-performing team seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee project engineering from mobilisation to completion.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining construction schedules, trackers and forecasts, managing subcontracts and procurement processes, interpreting drawings, specs and plans, identifying and resolving any technical issues, monitoring project risks, costs, and compliance across safety, quality, and environment, working closely with the engineering manager, site teams, and other stakeholders, and providing mentorship and coordination for site engineers where required.

  • We are looking for an Engineering degree (civil/mechanical/electrical) or equivalent holder with 2+ years' experience in construction, oil & gas, or civil infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with HDPE, pipeline, or lease work is preferred but not essential.
  • A strong planning, communication and site coordination skills along with a solutions-focused mindset and collaborative working style are a must.
  • High attention to detail, especially around compliance and reporting, is also necessary.
