Job Title: Entertainment Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Entertainment Director to manage our premium late-night venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing luxurious and personalised service to clients, working to targets, leading a team of bar staff and entertainers, and taking ownership of sales, service, and systems standards.

Key responsibilities include rostering, ordering, hiring and training staff, influencing team performance, and building growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, service, and system standards, as well as knowledge of laws and regulations related to adult entertainment.

A key part of the role is working with brands for staff training and activations to drive revenue and brand recognition outside of adult entertainment circles. The successful candidate will also think creatively to improve Entertainment systems and encourage Entertainers to work with our brand.

The successful candidate will hold a current Qld RMLV and Approved Managers licence, possess motivation to delegate to their team to drive revenue within established parameters, and have an ability to work creatively to improve systems.
