As a Condensary Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and equipment. Your technical skills and expertise will be essential in driving efficiency and improving overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability targets.
- Execute standard work processes using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) standards.
- Ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed.
- Take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, and breakdown elimination.
What we need from you:
- A strong desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
- Experience and knowledge in machine operations, TPM, safety and quality standards, reading and writing, and collaboration in a diverse work environment.
- Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies is a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate must be able to work up to 9.5 hour shifts on a rotating roster of day or night shifts.
