Job Title: Machine Operations Specialist

This role requires a strong passion for working with machinery and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets through efficient use of autonomous maintenance and progressive maintenance standards.
  • Execute standard work processes using established procedures and best practices in machine operations, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools, and safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stop reduction loss analysis, and breakdown elimination to minimize downtime and optimize production.
Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge in machine operations, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools, and safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
  • Excellent reading and writing skills, as well as fluency in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse work environment and contribute to team success.
