Helping Hands for Independent Living

Delivering quality care and support to individuals in their own homes is a rewarding career as a Relief Support Worker. In this role, you will be multifaceted and responsible for providing domestic, social, respite, and personal care services to clients.
The primary responsibility of the Relief Support Worker will be to fill in when current team members are unwell or on holidays. You will cover all areas of the Sunshine Coast, assisting clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
This role gives you a real sense of purpose, allowing you to make a difference in the lives of older Australians. You will help them to continue living in their own homes longer and work with a dedicated, passionate, and always improving team.
To be successful in this role, you will need current CPR and First Aid certificates, National Police Clearance, the right to work in Australia, and relevant qualifications such as Certificate in Individual Support or equivalent.
