Job Title: Senior Study Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Study Manager to develop and deliver robust studies and tenders that meet client expectations. This senior-level position plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining study implementation plans, identifying resource requirements and coordinating input from various departments and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed study implementation plans, taking into account resource requirements and coordinating input from diverse departments and external consultants.
  • Provide targeted technical inputs and advice to support business and project development activities.
  • Develop optimum value business cases that combine commercial concepts and technical knowledge, aligning with expected commercial and contracting models.
  • Maintain high-quality deliverables, including periodic reporting and study documents.
  • Ensure standard documents and processes are consistently implemented and used.
  • Align study estimates and execution plans with anticipated commercial and contracting models.
  • Develop subsequent engineering/project proposals to ensure alignment with study intent.
  • Adhere to project development processes for invoicing, job opening, internal reporting, and closing.
  • Facilitate the handover of studies and development work to the next phase.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and foster effective communication, updating the CRM system (Salesforce) with new opportunities and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or similar directly applicable technical qualification.
  • Significant experience in design, project development, project delivery, or site operations/support in coal or mineral processing.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
