Job Title:

Clinical Research Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investigative sites, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Collaborate with site staff and principal investigators to align their goals and objectives with the study protocol, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Conduct thorough site evaluations, training, routine, and site closure monitoring activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Design and implement effective site engagement strategies tailored to each assigned study, enhancing patient recruitment and retention.
  • Deliver high-quality data analysis and reporting, leveraging scientific principles and clinical trial requirements to drive informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate and optimize site processes to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, ICH/GCP Guidelines, and applicable policies.

Requirements:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline (Medical, Scientific, Nursing).
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of therapeutic area indications, with the ability to apply scientific concepts related to clinical trials.
  • Demonstrate expertise in local regulatory and legal requirements, as well as experience in clinical research coordination or data management.
